Meet the Therapist & Owner - Cassie Edwards

Hi Friends,

My name is Cassie Edwards and I am the massage therapist and owner at Zenith Bodywork.

I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland in 2019, and since then I’ve practiced massage on and off while continuing to deepen my understanding of the work.

I believe massage should be treated as a form of self-care and healthcare—not a luxury. Receiving massage regularly can help your body manage stress, recover from the pace of daily life, and stay more balanced over time. It’s a way for your present self to go “ahhh,” and for your future self to say thank you.

The word Zenith has always felt meaningful to me. It refers to the highest point above your head at any given time. In my own life, I’ve often felt like I’m reaching toward that point in the things I care about, and opening this practice feels like an important step in that direction.

In bodywork, I think about Zenith in a similar way. Each session is about helping someone move a little closer to feeling like the best version of themselves—both physically and mentally. Sometimes that means something small, like being able to turn your neck a little further than before. Other times it might simply mean taking the deepest, most restorative rest you’ve had in a long time and waking up feeling more grounded and refreshed in the middle of this very fast-paced world.

In my years of experience, I’ve come to really love therapeutic, rhythmic bodywork that allows the body to settle into a deeper and more restorative rest. Before each session, we’ll check in about how you’re feeling and anything you’d like to focus on, and I can always provide more targeted and deeper work for areas of concern.

My goal is simply to create a space where your body can unwind, reset, and leave you feeling a little more like yourself again.

With Gratitude,

Cassie Edwards, LMT and Owner
